VACANCY: Project Assistant for marketing activities
To increase our outreach and to meet our goal of reaching additional 500 micro-entrepreneurs in 2012, we are looking for a PROJECT ASSISTANT for marketing to support us.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establishment of collaborations with youth-/women-groups and NGOs (Marketing activities)
- Establishment of collaborations with financial institutions
- Training of new micro-entrepreneurs on the solar lantern business
- Ensuring project progress according to programme and reporting about it
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High degree of self-motivation and ability to motivate others
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Fluency in Kiswahili and English
- Ability to explain and present technical details
- Computer fluency
- At least 1 year of job experience (in similar area is a plus)
- Interest in renewable energies
LOCATION
Mainly Nairobi, willingness to travel throughout the country.
